Safari Park is located in the middle of tropical rainforests. See various fauna that can only be found in Indonesia, such as the Komodo Dragon, Orang Utan, Cendrawasih, and many more. Do a safari Journey with the vehicle to the jungle and see animals live freely in their natural habitat

Jaksa Waterfall

Visit the clean and cool Curug Jaksa waterfall, which is located in the middle of lush trees. Take a short walk through the dense and cool forest and enjoy the water flowing from the top of Mount Pangorango. which flows from the top of Mount Pangorango. You can soak and relax on the surrounding rocks.

Puncak & Tea Plantation

Visit the tea plantations in the cool hills of Puncak and enjoy a wonderful opportunity to learn about the area’s history, way of life, and culture. Learn about the history, how to plant tea, types of tea, and how to harvest tea.

Can I interact directly with the animals at Safari Park, such as feeding or taking photos with them?

The Safari Tour includes animal feeding, where visitors can feed the animals with food provided, such as carrots. If you would like to take photos with the animals, there is an additional charge: IDR 20,000 – 50,000 for smaller animals (such as rabbits and birds) and IDR 100,000 – 150,000 for larger animals (such as elephants and giraffes).

Can I be dropped off at the airport or different hotel at the end of the tour?

Yes, we can drop you off at a different hotel as long as it is still in the Jakarta area. There is an additional charge if you want to be dropped off at the airport or the hotel near the airport/outside Jakarta.

Can I leave my luggage in the car?

Absolutely, You can leave your luggage in the car and our driver will take care of your luggage and belongings in the car. However, we suggest bringing very important belongings with you during the tour.

What will happen if it’s raining?

The tour will continue even if it rains. We provide umbrellas in the car, and the tour guide will adjust the program to visit indoor places to ensure comfort.

Are there any vegetarian or special dietary options for lunch?

Yes, we can provide Vegetarian Lunch or other special dietary options such as: Vegan, Halal, Gluten-Free, Allerigic, etc. Please inform us during booking about your special dietary request.

Do local sellers/vendors accept payments in dollars?

Local street sellers and vendors only accept payments in cash (Indonesian Rupiah).

How can I make a payment for this tour?

We offer three payment methods for the tour:

1. Credit Card (a payment link will be sent to your email)
2. Cash payment in Indonesian Rupiah
3. Bank Transfer to an Indonesian Local Bank (BCA). An invoice will be sent to your email.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. If a deposit is required to secure your booking, it may be non-refundable, even if you cancel. If the tour is canceled due to bad weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events (force majeure), we will offer a rescheduled date or a refund, depending on our management policy.

No refunds or rescheduling will be offered if you do not show up for the tour without prior cancellation or a valid reason. If you need to change the date or time of the tour, changes are allowed without penalty if made within a certain period, subject to availability. Please note that the refund process may take several days to reflect in your account.
