1. Term of Use
This Website is intended for personal, non-commercial use and to make legitimate reservations and purchases the Products offered. You agree not to use this Website to make any scamming, false and fraudulent reservations.
Please make sure when you fill the reservation form, that all information you supply is true and accurate. (If you provide information that is incorrect or incomplete, Ekaputra will not be held responsible for any fees you incur as a result of errors, omissions, inaccuracies, late, misplaced or otherwise incomplete information you have provided.) You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
(i) One Day Tour
Payment could be settled by Cash on arrival or by Credit Card via Paypal. Currency for cash on arrival could be charged by IDR or USD.
(ii) Multi-day Tour
After you complete the reservation form, we will send an e-invoice to complete your payment by credit card via Paypal. After completing payment, we will send tour voucher with hotel details, train ticket and local flight (if any).
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation fees will be determined with reference to the date on which notice of cancellation is received by Ekaputra and are will be charged a percentage of the total price paid for the canceled Tour and Administrative fee.
Percentage of cancellation fee:
- Cancellation 14 days or more before departure is No charge Cancellation
- Cancellation 13 – 7 days before departure is 50% of the total of the payment will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before departure is no Refund
If a Tour is canceled by Ekaputra Tour before the date of departure for reasons other than Force Majeure and the cancellation is not caused by your fault or negligence, you will have the choice of accepting from the Ekaputra Tour :
- a substitute Tour of equivalent or superior value
- a substitute Tour of lesser value if no Tour of equivalent or superior value is reasonably available and to recover from the Tour Operator the difference in price between the price of the Tour originally purchased and the substitute Tour
- A full refund of all monies paid for the canceled Tour.
Ekaputra Tour will send the refund only via Paypal and shall be done within 5 – 7 working days.
5. Travel Documents
You are responsible for ensuring that you meet Indonesia entry requirements and that your travel documents, including valid passports, visas, insurance policies, medical certificates/vaccination in order to visit Indonesia.
You must have a passport that is valid 6 months after the last date of travel with Ekaputra as set out on your itinerary. For passport and visa requirements, please consult the Indonesia embassy or consulate in your country for up-to-date information. Because requirements may change at any time, be sure to check for up-to-date information before booking and departure.
Ekaputra accepts no liability for travelers who are refused entry onto Indonesia because of the traveler’s failure to carry the travel documents. You have full responsibility for obtaining all such documents prior to the start of the Tour, and you are solely responsible for the full amount of costs incurred as a result of missing or defective documentation.
We strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy prior to departure to protect your traveling activity in Indonesia and if something unexpected happened.
Once a Tour has started and if there is any force-majeure happened, Ekaputra Tour reserves the right to changes itinerary to the alternative program. Itinerary changes may be necessary as a result of unforeseen circumstances, or concerns for your health, safety, enjoyment or comfort.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia, for the resolution of any dispute under these Terms or concerning any Tour, product or service.
