Reservation & Payment :
- Please fill out our reservation form and Passenger details.
- We will send you an invoice for payment. Payment should be made one day before the trip.
- Payment could be made by credit card / Bank Transfer
- Payment will be forfeited if you cancel the reservation less than one day before the trip.
- We will inform you about the driver details one day before the pick-up date.
- The driver will hold a sign of your name at the Arrival Gate.
Terms & Conditions:
- This is a private service, which means there is no other participant, just you and your companion.
- Free waiting time for hotel pickup is 15 minutes, for domestic flights is 30 minutes, and for international flights is 60 minutes. An extra hour rate will apply for any extra waiting time.
- Our company or driver can be denied the trip if there is an over capacity due to safety.
- The price list is not valid for High Season or National holidays such as Idul Fitri, Christmas, New Year, or particular days.
